First of all, nice work on the skin. It looks natural and free of impurities. There are some area's on the skin that could have used a little more attention, for example her left cheeck, just above her hand, but overal you did a very good job! It looks like you ere very focussed on the skin and not so much on the other things, wich are also important, every detail is important. If you look at her right ear, the hair just stops on the ear and you see a very blurred area, I know it's hard to remove those hears and keep it realistic, but try it, don't stop somewhere. I see the same problem on the top of her left ear.
Also, her lips are a bit browner on the upper part - it might be a personal thing, but I like it better when the lips are the same colour and have adifferent tone in that color. I also think it would be nice if her teeth were a little more white and she has a small 'dent (?)' in her teeth.
So: good work on the skin, but also work on those details
