OK so first of all nice job not whacking the flower in the centre of the picture and leaving it like that. To often I have done that in the past and it can just make the flower look really boring. I also really like how you have included the other flower in the background which nicely off sets the prime subject.

That being said though, I cannot give you a very high mark for originality because it is very much an 'OK' composition. Next time, maybe try a different angle or perspective. For some inspiration head over to "Browse" and go Photography -> Animals, Plants and Nature -> Flowers and Plants and then search for Flowers (make sure your looking at all time best). That should get you on your way.

Unfortunately, the focus is off too so I can't give you a very high mark here either. This means that whilst it looks nice and Crisp in the Thumb it becomes a lil' bit disappointing in full view. Which is a shame, this also has a knock on effect with the impact as well. However I can see what you were trying to achieve none-the-less.

Over all, a good attempt, keep trying.
