I like the title of the work, it's a descriptive title for the work that is not only no-nonsense but also has a ring to it. That said, you've got some promising subject matter in describing the complementary colors of these crocuses. I like how there's a bit of irony in that the purple ones are actually the "bright" ones as compared to the yellow, especially how they seem to shoot out of the grass(?) like that.

The technique needs a bit of work though. The arrangement of the crocuses seems to be off-center to the upper right, causing some of the purple ones to edge off screen. I recommend you zoom out of the arrangement a bit to at least show the purple ones in their entirety. Speaking of which the purple crocuses, while bright, appear a bit too bleached and blurred to show off their complementary color. You could try making them appear a bit sharper, too.

Overall, a promising photo that needs a good amount of tweaking to truly shine.
